The New Jersey Institute of Technology is in the University Heights section of Newark. It is near downtown Newark, and less than 30 minutes from Penn Station New York and Newark Liberty International Airport. You can get there within two seats from anywhere on the Northeast Corridor train line or from Newark Airport.
Free parking is available only for event participants at the NJIT parking deck, 154 Summit Street. Walking directions from parking deck to Campus Center: If the gates are down use the intercom box, identify yourself as a conference guest and the officer will let you in. Once parked, exit the building on the Summit Street side: press 2 on the elevator, the exit is on the 2nd floor. After exiting the deck turn right on Summit Street and walk down the hill. Cross Warren Street at the light and continue walking straight towards a large white stone sculpture of a telephone. When you walk past the sculpture you will see Central King building on your right. Walk past this building and then you will see the Campus Center building on the left. Once at the Campus Center, enter the building, make the first left which will lead you to the upper floors.
Please bring your ticket in case you are asked for proof that you are on campus to attend the conference.
