A unique program that helps community leaders address key issues through creative placemaking and builds teams to lead to long term success. Our team has worked with more than a dozen communities in Louisiana and New Jersey – from villages to multi-county regions.
Creative Sector Research
We provide practical knowledge for creative placemaking. With support from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, we explore trends in New Jersey’s creative economy. We also conduct custom quantitative and qualitative analysis on the creative sector.
Creative Assets Mapping
Creative assets mapping helps stakeholders get a better sense of their local creative economy and culture. This snap shot of people, organizations and activities that support the creative economy can help officials and developers make more informed decisions
Certification in Creative Placemaking
Offered through The Ohio State University City and Regional Planning Section. This is the only graduate-level program in creative placemaking offered in the United States. In this 10-month online program, students build their skills in community development, economic development, building sustainable teams, site planning, destination marketing and group leadership.
